Share your story about alternative care plans
Following the results of our 2024 dementia carers survey, we’re producing a publication about the importance of alternative care plans. By collecting powerful personal testimonies we hope to inspire government and decision-makers to bring about meaningful change.
What if… you could make a difference by sharing your story?

If you’ve found yourself suddenly unable to care, tell us what happened. Or if you’ve written a contingency care plan, please tell us about that experience. What impact does it have to know there’s a backup plan in place?
