Making a difference, together

Families living with dementia often report feeling invisible. For the person with dementia, the effects are devastating, but it also has a huge impact on the person who has taken on the role of carer.

Feeling supported and heard and seen can make a big difference.

Every day, our team of health and care professionals at Dementia Carers Count work directly with carers and organisations across the UK to support families living with dementia; but we need your help.

Together we need to raise awareness of what it’s like to care for someone with dementia and how carers can be better supported.

Together we need to raise the necessary funds to ensure that our services continue to be available free of charge.

We are in this together.

How can I make a difference?

Everyone has a lot on their plate, but any support you can give goes a long way towards bringing about positive change. As the saying goes, small steps are the best way to achieve big goals.

Let us know how you can support families living with dementia and we’ll get back to you with more information.

We’re in this together.
