What to expect

All of our events are free to family carers but to book you will need to login or, if it is your first session, complete a short registration with us. This registration will then enable you to attend the sessions and access the resources which are made available to participants after the event.

Spotlight sessions lasts up to 1.5 hours, and Chance to talk groups last for approximately 1 hour. Our online courses usually continue over 3 or 4 weeks (on the same day and time each week).

The groups are small and informal to ensure that everyone has the chance to ask questions and connect with other carers. We do like to see people’s faces but understand if you would like to keep your camera off.

There is always time built in to reflect on the information learned and, if you choose to, discuss how it relates to your own situation. You will receive a copy of the presentation after the session.
