This is a great activity for a family day, fun day out with friends or even get some team building with your colleagues! And whilst bouncing your way through the inflatable 5K obstacle course you’ll know that you’ll make a difference for dementia carers.

There are events taking place across the UK – so there should be one coming up near you, with multiple dates are available throughout the year.

When you sign up for the London 5k Santa charity run Santa in the City, as part of #TeamDementiaCarers you’ll receive:
