This comprehensive three-week course will provide you with the opportunity to consider practical ways of identifying and managing the needs of the person you care for which can help to reduce these challenging responses.
The course will also apply to your own emotions which can arise in difficult situations. By understanding these, it can allow you to respond calmly and appropriately to maintain the health and wellbeing of yourself and the person you care for.
