Spotlight on physical exercise
This session looks at physical exercise and why it is important. It investigates how different sorts of activities might meet the different needs of an individual.
As well as providing information and knowledge it also allows carers the opportunity to share or discuss their own experiences or current challenges.
This session is for you if you would like to:
- increase your knowledge about what makes physical exercise meaningful, and why it is important.
- have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences of supporting activities for the person with dementia and the activities that they engage in for their own wellbeing.
- learn about additional resources to support activities.
