Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Tom has spent over 15 years working with charities, social enterprises and non-profits . His experience includes time in Central Asia and Europe he where he has supported organisations addressing poverty, sustainable development and environmental issues.
He believes in strong partnership between support functions and an organisation’s service/programme teams so that resources are used to achieve the greatest impact. With lead responsibility for Human Resources, he’s passionate about the power of open, honest dialogue to help teams evolve and learn.
