Sue Hinds

Sue is Head of Services. She has been the professional lead within an NHS organisation delivering services to people with dementia and continues to input to the organisation dementia training and support. She was actively involved in the development of The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapist position paper on dementia service provision and jointly founded the professions regional Clinical Excellence Network for Dementia which aims to develop the professions skills and knowledge base.
Sue is dedicated to the training and support of carers and has qualifications in adult education, mentoring and individual and team coaching techniques. She is also an experienced dementia care mapper and a certified trainer in Teepa Snow’s Positive ApproachTM to care (PAC).
