Sam has over 20 years experience working as an HR professional within the NHS and charity sectors. She joined us from Age UK Hertfordshire, where she held roles both with HR and also within the Befriending service. She has previously managed a number of HR teams within community and mental health NHS Trusts, and has provided outsourced HR support to a number of not for profit organisations. With personal family experience of dementia, Sam is passionate about the charity’s work in supporting carers.
