Julie is an experienced leadership and management consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach who runs a training and development company. With a varied background in management, including senior roles in the public, private and charitable sectors, Julie’s areas of specialism include complex problem-solving, systems leadership and team collaboration and creativity. Julie’s background includes NHS commissioning and a lengthy trusteeship of a large carers’ charity, Carers First. She is also an improvised comedy performer and enjoys incorporating improv techniques to enhance adult training and development.
