Helen has over 15 years of experience working in policy and influencing roles across the not-for-profit sector. She has been involved in a range of political influencing activities and events from working with elected representatives, local individuals and campaign groups on a single local issue to leading cross-organisational, national parliamentary lobbies. Helen greatly values the benefits of building links across the sector and more widely having, throughout her career, worked in collaboration with others, in the UK, Europe and internationally. She has personal experience of the impact dementia has on family and friends and is passionate about ensuring carers receive the support they need.
