Alex Stirling

Alex is a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in working with adults with acquired communication disabilities, particularly focusing on the psychological and social impacts. Her interest in dementia has been influenced by the experience of being a part-time carer for her mother. She works part-time for a charity which is researching the impact of music on people living with dementia and their family and friends and is passionate about training and therapies which improve quality of life and well-being for people in challenging, life changing situations.
