- The ground opens at 10am. The first 30 minutes is quite busy so maybe better to arrive around 10.30am but timings are flexible and we will greet you whatever time you arrive. The day ends at 6pm but you can leave before.
- Ticket holders may bring food and drink into the ground. There is an alcohol restriction of 2 cans of lager or a bottle of wine per person.
- There will be around 3000 spectators but the ground is spacious and there is a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere and plenty of space.

- If you have a sunflower lanyard please do remember to bring it. We will bring some spares.
On arrival:
- You will need to enter via the Grace Gate.
- There will be a Dementia Carers Count Gazebo set up at the back of the Lower Tavern stand (Opposite the Grace gate).
